Reality is Crushing

Days like today, I just want to stare at things, but not really look. Think but not feel. Wanting things to be different, but the weight of reality makes me want to just rot. The reality of not being able to fix the problem crushing me, over and over. The knowledge that there is literally nothing I can do to change or fix the issues I face is daunting.
